A refund request may be submitted up to 60 days after an order has been completed.
We will happily grant a refund in the event of any of the following scenarios:
(1) Customer order is lost in transit
(2) Customer order is received in unusable condition
(3) Customer order is different from that described during order process
A full refund or a replacement item may be sent, and in some circumstances we will request that you send us a photo of the item, or return the item to us for inspection.. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We will not grant a refund in the event of any of the following scenarios:
(1) Customer enters the wrong address
(2) Customer orders the wrong item, or the wrong variant of an item
(3) Customer changes their mind about an item after the order has been processed
(4) Item breaks after the customer has been using the item
